Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account. Material inaccuracies discovered at any time may result in Account suspension, KYC hold or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 786wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 786wim requires completion of its KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and a proof of current residential address. Additional documentation may be requested at the operator's discretion to satisfy security or compliance requirements.

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or declared void for any reason, bets placed on affected markets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account. Deposits must be made using an approved payment method available in your account cashier at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts, supported currencies and available methods are displayed within the cashier and are subject to change. Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar Pakistani payment references provided for user context only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any content or material on the Platform without the prior written consent of 786wim. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786wim, its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 786wim makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the continuous availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be settled. Any eligible real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard processing procedures.
786wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or presents an unacceptable compliance or fraud risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited or reported to relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 786wim holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause restricts your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. However, 786wim expressly does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or the application of Pakistani gambling law for the purposes of these Terms, and does not represent that its services comply with Pakistani law.
786wim reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 13.1.
